Italian photographer Stefano Scata aided and abetted by Italian chef Maddalena Caruso have used a collection of glass dishes that were created to celebrate Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee in 1897 and King George VI's coronation to poke fun at our traditional English cuisine, producing dishes from roast lamb and fish and chips to summer pudding.
