The kitchen has always been the hub of the house and this couple decided to create one vast living space, designing and installing it themselves. They mixed traditional with modern, creating an ethnic quality to the kitchen, with hand-painted floorboards and salvaged furniture, which allowed them to save money and to choose exactly what they wanted
